If I’m a senior who purchases an Ikon Pass and defers for the 2021-22 season, will I still get the college discount rate?

If there is a price difference between the amount of the credit issued for the 21/22 Ikon Pass product and the Ikon Pass product purchased for the 22/23 winter season for whatever reason, including price increases, pass holder age, or eligibility for certain discounts, the purchaser will be required to pay the difference. Will I be rooming with random people?

No! Lifestylez does not allow random people to share rooms. Your ambassador will be the person in charge of rooming the entire group, so make sure your ambassador knows who you want to share a room with! You aren’t guaranteed to room with everyone you want to be with, but we try our best to accommodate everyone!

I purchased my Ikon Pass a month ago and still haven’t gotten any information on it. What is the next step to getting my pass?

What is included in the price of the trip shown online?

The price of the trip online includes lodging accommodations for the length of your stay plus your lift tickets for the trip. If you are attending a 6 day, 5 night trip, you will have lodging covered for 5 nights and either a 3 or 4 day lift pass depending on the location.

Do I have to get rentals, lessons, and shuttles through my Lifestylez account or can I get the same price once I get there?

The Lifestylez team highly recommends that you purchase any extra trip options through your Lifestylez account ahead of time. There are no guarantees for the same price once you arrive at your destination.

Will Lifestylez trips still happen if my school is online only next semester?

Our trips will still take place as long as the resorts remain open and local public health guidelines allow groups to travel. We will be monitoring the state and county regulations continuously.

Will Lifestylez still have SnoDaze concerts for the upcoming ski trips for 2020-2021?

Due to COVID-19, Lifestylez will not be hosting SnoDaze concerts for the upcoming ski trips for 2020-2021.

Do all the condos have kitchens/washers/dryers?

Most of the lodging accommodations we work with are privately owned, meaning they can furnish it how they want. Most do have kitchens or kitchenettes and washers/dryers, but it is not guaranteed. The hotel accommodations typically do not have full kitchens, and washers/dryers may be available for purchase.

Can I ship something to where we are staying?

Once your room has been finalized, contact our customer service team and we can give you specific details on shipping items to the ski town you will be visiting.
